ThisroleprovidesassistanceandsupporttotheSeniorBuildingsManagerin thecoordinationanddeliveryofcorebuildingsrelatedservicesforstaffand clients.
Ensuringthattheworksbeingcarriedoutbytheclient/contractoristothe specifiedstandardandtoreportonmaintenanceperformanceandthe conditionofbuildingsservices.

?Overseeallworksoccurringintheoperatingbuildings
?Actaspointofreferenceforcompletionandfinalacceptanceofworks
?Providetechnicaloperationsinformationandsupporttoallexternalparties inthepreparationofworks
?EnsurethatallO&Mdataiscorrectlyrecorded,filedandkeptuptodate
?Assistincarryingoutauditsandconditionsurveys,programmeforworks includingcostestimatesandworksprogrammes.Ensuringthatclientsareproperly advisedofstatutoryobligations.
?Assistinensuringthatmaintenanceofbuildingsystemsmeetslegislativeandhealthandsafetyrequirements;
?Supportthecommissioning,organisingandassessingtheworkofcontractors;
