Space Optimisation Leader - Data-Driven Store Growth

Primark is seeking a Head of Space Optimisation to define and deliver a best-in-class space strategy across the estate. You will lead an integrated team spanning store layouts, refits, CAD and data modelling to maximise sales, margin and store productivity.

In this senior role, you will partner with Retail, Merchandising, Buying and Property, embedding data-driven decision making and driving capital projects with measurable commercial impact across multiple markets.
