Overview
This is an excellent opportunity for Cyber Security Project Manager professionals to be part of leading-edge technology projects. Cognizant’s Cloud, Infrastructure & Security Services Practice provides end-to-end solutions covering architecture, design, implementation, management, and on-going support across the entire enterprise technology infrastructure. Our services include a spectrum of management, consulting, and systems integration services to help our clients maximize value in their infrastructure resources, while optimizing infrastructure performance and cost.
Responsibilities
- Deliver a range of projects that bring business and technological change within the Cyber Security Programme.
- Manage projects end-to-end, from discovery and requirements gathering through to delivery.
- Provide support and coaching to Business Analysts.
- Collaborate proactively with colleagues to ensure requirements are gathered, risks are managed, inputs are aligned, and timely updates are provided.
- Work with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, resolve problems, and deliver innovative solutions.
- Successfully deliver Business requirements and readiness work streams including: Requirements gathering, Stakeholder management, Business readiness assessments, Process mapping (As-Is & To-Be), and Communication & training plans.
- Build relationships with stakeholders, challenge assumptions, and engage constructively.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and drive discussions.
- Gather and analyze large datasets for decision making (MS Excel / Power BI).
- Implement and track Cyber Security metrics, tools, and reporting processes.
Required Skills
- Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale projects using different methodologies.
- Strong Business Analysis and project delivery skills, including requirements gathering, business readiness, and process mapping.
- Experience in using Business Analysis tools (Jira, Miro, Visio).
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain highly organized, focused, and delivery-driven.
- Comfortable with MS Excel / Power BI for data analysis and decision making.
- Exposure/experience in Cyber Security Risks, Tools, and Processes.
- Experience in implementing Cyber Security Metrics and Reporting.
Nice to Have (Preferred Skills)
- Experience working on a Cyber Security Programme.
- Awareness of SDLC, NIST CSF, and key regulatory themes.
