Project Manager

We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the groundworks and RC frame package on a major £65m residential development in Wolverhampton. This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading contractor delivering a high-profile scheme. The Role The successful candidate will take full responsibility for the management and coordination of the groundworks and reinforced concrete frame operations, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on programme, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities * Oversee day-to-day site operations for groundworks and RC frame activities * Manage site teams, subcontractors, engineers, and suppliers * Ensure works are delivered in line with programme and technical requirements * Maintain strict health & safety standards across site operations * Chair progress meetings and liaise with the client and senior management team * Monitor project performance, costs, and resource allocation * Coordinate logistics, sequencing, and subcontractor interfaces * Drive quality assurance and ensure compliance with all regulations and specifications Requirements * Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering RC frame and groundworks packages * Strong background on large-scale residential or mixed-use developments * Experience managing projects valued £20m+ * Excellent leadership and communication skills * Strong understanding of construction sequencing and temporary works * SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications required * Ability to lead programmes and deliver under tight deadlines What’s On Offer * Competitive day rate / salary package * Long-term project with potential follow-on work * Opportunity to work on a flagship residential development * Supportive and established delivery team To apply, please submit your CV along with project experience relevant to RC frame and groundworks schemes
