A Legal 500 regional firm is looking to appoint a Family Solicitor in Stoke‑on‑Trent to join its established and highly regarded private family team.

The Role

• Manage a private family caseload including divorce, financial remedies and children matters
• Advise high-net-worth individuals on complex matrimonial finance cases
• Handle private children work including residence and contact disputes
• Support clients on pre- and post-nuptial agreements
• Provide sensitive, client-focused advice on often complex matters
• Build and maintain strong client and referrer relationships
• Work closely with colleagues across other offices
• Contribute to the continued growth of the Stoke-on-Trent team

The Candidate

• Qualified Solicitor with strong family law experience
• Experienced in handling privately funded matters
• Strong technical ability across divorce and financial remedy work
• Commercial and client-focused approach
• Able to manage a varied caseload independently
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Team player with a proactive mindset
