Recoveries Solicitor

Keoghs LLP is one of the UK's leading insurance law firms and is seeking a talented Insurance Lawyer to join its Property Risks & Coverage team in Birmingham. You will manage a caseload of household and commercial property recovery claims on behalf of leading insurer clients, covering a range of perils, including fire, flood and product liability. Claim values typically exceed 10,000, and we are particularly interested in candidates with experience handling claims valued between 10,000 and 100,000.

Experience of handling claims exceeding 100,000 would be advantageous.This is a technically demanding role with regular client interaction. You will provide practical, high-quality legal advice, manage your own caseload, and build strong relationships with clients.The team works closely with insurer clients, delivering training seminars and workshops on key legal developments.
