About the Role An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Payroll Specialist (UK & Ireland) to join their team environment. Taking ownership of payroll operations, system maintenance, reporting, and compliance activities across the business. This position plays a key role in overseeing payroll for both the UK and Ireland, supporting two payroll administrators, and working closely with the wider Compensation & Benefits team. This role is ideal for a proactive payroll professional who enjoys process improvement, systems development, accurate data management, and operating within a dynamic environment.
