The Role…
You will lead, manage, and coach a team of Account Executives to drive availability, distribution, and sales of a leading drinks portfolio across key Health & Fitness customers. Working closely with national and regional partners, you will shape and execute a regional field sales strategy aligned with the wider GB commercial plan, ensuring strong execution across gyms, fitness operators, and performance-focused channels.

Who are you?
We are looking for a National Account Manager or Senior National Account Manager who brings something different, someone who is genuinely immersed in the Health & Fitness world, not just interested in it.
You might be a serious gym-goer, training regularly or competing in HYROX, CrossFit, Hyrox-style events or endurance challenges. You understand gym culture because you live it. Ideally, you will have strong FMCG National Accounts experience and a proven track record of building relationships and growing commercial performance.
Most importantly, you bring energy, credibility, and real passion for the category — and you know how to translate that into commercial success.
