They are keen to recruit a candidate with extensive experience in audit with some working knowledge of accounts prep and tax returns. Job DescriptionLead and manage audits, ensuring they are completed efficiently and within deadlines.Review and prepare financial statements in line with relevant regulations.Collaborate with clients to address audit findings and provide actionable insights.Supervise and mentor junior team members, fostering their professional development.Ensure compliance with audit standards and internal procedures.Work closely with other departments to provide a seamless service to clients.Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions.Maintain strong client relationships and address their queries effectively.Prepare complex personal and corporate tax returns.The Successful ApplicantA professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA).Strong technical knowledge of audit standards and financial reporting.Experience preparing tax returns.Experience managing audit engagements and leading teams.Excellent client-facing and communication skills.A proactive and organised approach to managing workloads.What's on OfferCompetitive salary of 55,000 to 70,000, dependent on the level of experience.Hybrid working.Opportunities for professional growth and development.Located in Tonbridge, within a collaborative and supportive environment.
