Job Description CNC Turner Setter & Operator Location: Northampton, Northamptonshire Salary: £35,000 - £38,000 (38-hour week) - £40,000-£45,000 OTE Hours: Monday to Thursday 06:00-14:30 or 07:00-15:30, Friday 06:00-12:00 Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time The Company Interaction Technical is working in partnership with a well-established precision engineering manufacturer based in Northampton. Due to continued growth, an exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced CNC Turner Programmer, Setter & Operator to join their highly skilled machining team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a stable and growing business producing precision-engineered components for a range of demanding industries, working with specialist materials and advanced machining techniques. Overtime readily available paid at £25 per hour midweek and £30 per hour weekends

~ Permanent long-term opportunity with a growing business The Role As a CNC Turner Programmer, Setter & Operator, you will be responsible for programming, setting and operating Fanuc-controlled CNC lathes, producing high-quality precision components to tight tolerances.

Program, set and operate Fanuc-controlled CNC turning machines
Machine a variety of materials including Duplex, Titanium and Hastelloy
Conduct in-process and final quality checks
Maintain safe working practices and housekeeping standards
Support production targets and continuous improvement initiatives
Time-served CNC Turner with programming, setting and operating experience
Experience machining a range of materials, including exotic alloys
Competent using inspection and measuring equipment
