Key Responsibilities: Partner with senior clients to understand their hiring needs and provide expert market insight. Manage executive-level search projects from briefing through to successful placement. Develop long-term client relationships based on trust and delivery. Conduct research and sourcing strategies to identify top talent. Oversee candidate management throughout the process, ensuring a professional and positive experience. Ideal Candidate: Background in Recruitment, Executive Search or HR is essential. Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
