We're looking for an ambitious and commercially driven General Manager to lead an exciting waterfront venue through its next phase of growth and transformation.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a strong operator and proven turnaround manager to take ownership of a visually impressive site with huge, untapped potential. The Opportunity:
This role is ideal for a General Manager who thrives on building momentum, driving sales, and creating a vibrant atmosphere. You'll be responsible for:
Driving new business and increasing site revenue
Building the venue's reputation as a go-to sports and social destination
Leading, developing, and inspiring the team
Delivering strong operational standards and guest experience
Creating local marketing and event initiatives to maximise xwzovoh trade
About You:
Proven experience as a General Manager within hospitality
A strong track record of improving performance and growing sales
Passion for sports-led and high-energy venues
Excellent leadership and commercial awareness
The ability to engage the local community and drive repeat business
Package:
Salary up to £38,000 for the right candidate
Performance-related bonus
