This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to join a highly regarded M&E Building Services contractor delivering commercial office fit-out and refurbishment projects across Central London.
Projects typically range from £250k to £3m+, with the successful candidate taking full ownership from pre-construction through to final handover within a fast-paced Design & Build environment.

The Role Mechanical Project Manager
This role would suit an experienced Mechanical Project Manager who enjoys operating within a fast-moving commercial fit-out environment and is comfortable managing projects from early-stage coordination through to completion.
You will work closely with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal delivery teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme, commercially successfully, and to a high technical standard.
Projects are primarily within the commercial office fit-out and refurbishment sector across London.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Mechanical Project Manager within M&E Building Services
Strong commercial office fit-out or refurbishment project experience
Experience working within a Design & Build environment
Track record delivering projects typically ranging from £250k to £3m+
Strong organisational and programme management skills
Good commercial awareness and understanding of project financial performance
Strong communication and client-facing ability
Stable career history demonstrating consistency and successful project delivery
This role is best suited to someone who enjoys taking ownership, working collaboratively, and operating within a business that values professionalism, accountability, and quality project delivery.
