Band 5 Community Worker * Location: East of England * Salary: £21 to £30 * Contract: Temperory About the Role Are you passionate about supporting people in your community? We are looking for a caring, motivated, and compassionate Band 5 Community Worker to join our team across the East of England. You will play a key role in helping individuals maintain their independence, improve their wellbeing, and access the support they need within their own homes and communities.
