As Director, RRC Operations, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and scaling our Remote Research Clinicians (RRC) business, helping deliver innovative clinical trial solutions that improve patient access and accelerate research worldwide.This is a highly visible strategic leadership role for someone who thrives at the intersection of clinical operations, business growth, technology, and innovation.What You'll DoAs a senior operational leader, you will drive the evolution of our RRC services by helping expand capabilities, enhance operational effectiveness, and strengthen quality across global clinical research programs.You will:Partner with sponsors, business development, delivery, and functional leaders to support strategic growth initiatives and client engagementIdentify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, scalability, and service excellenceLead operational transformation initiatives, including technology adoption and workflow optimizationCollaborate with product, technology, and operations teams to implement innovative solutions that enhance clinical trial deliverySupport the development and expansion of new services and operational capabilitiesDrive continuous improvement initiatives focused on quality, productivity, and customer experiencePartner with quality and compliance teams to strengthen operational standards, governance, and risk managementEstablish performance metrics and reporting frameworks that support business growth and operational excellenceWhat We're Looking ForWe're seeking an experienced clinical research professional with a passion for innovation, operational excellence, and strategic problem-solving.Qualifications include:Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare, Clinical Research, Business, or a related fieldSignificant experience within clinical research, decentralized clinical trials, clinical operations, patient services, or healthcare operationsExperience supporting global clinical programs and working within complex matrix organizationsProven ability to lead strategic initiatives, operational transformation, or business growth programsStrong understanding of clinical trial operations, quality standards, and regulatory requirementsExperience leveraging technology and digital solutions to improve operational performanceExceptional stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skillsIQVIA is a leading global provider of clinical research services, commercial insights and healthcare intelligence to the life sciences and healthcare industries.
