  We are looking for an experienced and passionate Nursery Manager to lead our beautiful early years setting.

  The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the nursery, leading the staff team, maintaining high standards of care and education, ensuring safeguarding compliance, and building positive relationships with children and families.

  Essential Requirements

  • Full and relevant Level 3 qualification (minimum)

  • Previous leadership experience within an early years setting

  • Strong knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills

  • Ability to lead, motivate and support a team

  Main Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the nursery team

  • Act as Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL)

  • Ensure compliance with EYFS and Ofsted requirements

  • Support children's learning and development

  • Build strong partnerships with parents and professionals

  • Manage staffing, supervisions and daily operations
