Graduate Recruitment Consultant – £50k OTE + Uncapped Commission

VirtoTech is a leading contract recruitment agency based in London Bridge, specializing in sourcing and delivering high-quality technology contractors to clients across Germany.

We have been nominated by APSCo Germany as one of the staffing companies of the year in 2023 & 2024 (start-up & growth) and expanding due to successful year-on-year growth and are seeking dynamic and driven Recruitment Consultants to join our team.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• -You will do 360 recruitment – end to end recruitment – i.e. source your own clients and candidates
• -Source, screen, and manage contract / freelance technology professionals within Germany & Europe
• -Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
