Location: Wotton-under-Edge, Gloucestershire (with occasional travel to other sites)
Salary: £35,000–£38,000 + excellent benefits
Hybrid working – 3 days per week in the office

We are recruiting for a Senior HR Shared Services Administrator to join a well-established, internationally recognised engineering and technology business. This is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative HR team, take ownership of complex employee lifecycle activities and play a key role in delivering an efficient, high-quality HR service.

Working as a senior member of the Shared Services team, you'll provide expert administrative support, guide employees and managers through HR processes, act as an escalation point for more complex queries and help drive continuous improvement across the function.

The Role

Your responsibilities will include:

• Employee lifecycle management: Coordinating and managing starters, leavers, contractual changes, promotions, transfers and onboarding activities, ensuring all documentation is accurate and delivered on time.
• HR advice and query management: Acting as a key point of contact for employee and manager queries, providing guidance on HR policies, procedures and processes, and escalating more complex matters where appropriate.
