Assistant Site Manager New Build Housing

Assistant Site Manager – Benwell, Newcastle Location: Benwell, Newcastle Pay Rate: £20.00–£22.00 per hour Start Date: ASAP Duration: Ongoing Job Type: Temporary / Freelance Sphere Solutions are currently recruiting on behalf of a key client for an Assistant Site Manager. The successful candidate will need to be confident assisting with the day-to-day running of the site, as well as being hands-on and willing to get involved with snagging works when required. Requirements: * Previous experience as an Assistant Site Manager * Must hold a valid SSSTS * Must hold a Gold CSCS card * Willing to assist with snagging and finishing works * Comfortable using basic hand tools * Experience with paintwork touch-ups * Experience using sealant and carrying out minor finishing works * Good understanding of site health & safety * Reliable and hardworking * Available to start ASAP What we offer: * £20.00–£22.00 per hour * Immediate start * Ongoing work * Opportunity to work with a key client * Support from the Sphere Solutions team
