If you're looking for the antidote to the consolidator job market, you've found it.
At this business you'll be one of three planners who work together to provide first class financial planning.
And this isn't a growth hire where you're expected to arrive with a black book or build one from scratch.
You'll be taking over an established client book as one of the firm's directors prepares to retire in 2027.
That means no targets. No validation. No ego.
It means being able to spend time with your clients. A busy day is two client review meetings.
It means a flat structure where you get to have your say in how the business works.
It means a rewarding, fulfilling career where the pressure is on doing a great job, not selling.
And it means a meaningful handover.
The starting salary is c£65,000 but there's some flexibility here to get the right person. There's also an annual bonus based on company profitability. That's likely to be 10-15% of salary.
The client book you'll inherit will be substantial but manageable. The business believes around 65 client relationships per planner is about right, with clients typically having between £250,000 and £2m invested.
