Chef Manager - Hospitality

Hours: 40 hours per week, rota basis including weekends Contract: Permanent, Full-Time We are recruiting for an experienced Chef Manager to lead a busy kitchen operation within a high-profile hospitality environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated chef looking to combine hands-on kitchen management with team leadership while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Manage the day-to-day running of a busy kitchen operation. Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and service delivery. Lead, motivate, and develop a team of kitchen staff. Oversee stock control, ordering, waste management, and inventory. Maintain compliance with Food Hygiene, HACCP, allergen, and Health & Safety standards. Support training and development of team members. Minimum 2 years' experience in a supervisory or management chef role. Current Food Hygiene/HACCP qualification.
