BREEAM Consultant 🚨 📍 Remote Working 💷 Up to £45,000 + Benefits 🌱 BREEAM New Construction, Sustainability & Compliance Zest4Talent is recruiting for a BREEAM Consultant to join an established sustainability consultancy delivering BREEAM New Construction assessments across a diverse portfolio of residential, commercial and mixed-use developments. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified BREEAM Assessor looking to take ownership of projects, work closely with developers and design teams, and further develop their career within a growing sustainability-focused business. What you'll be doing: ✔ Delivering BREEAM New Construction assessments from design through to certification ✔ Managing multiple projects across a range of sectors ✔ Providing sustainability advice to clients, architects and design teams ✔ Reviewing project evidence and preparing assessment submissions ✔ Supporting project teams to achieve targeted BREEAM ratings ✔ Building and maintaining strong client relationships What we're looking for: ✅ Licensed BREEAM New Construction Assessor ✅ Minimum 2 years' BREEAM consultancy experience ✅ Strong understanding of BREEAM methodology and assessment processes ✅ Experience liaising with clients, contractors and design teams ✅ Excellent written and verbal communication skills ✅ Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively Desirable: ⭐ BREEAM AP qualification ⭐ Whole Life Carbon or OneClick LCA experience ⭐ Experience supporting sustainability strategies and reporting What's on offer? ⭐ Salary up to £45,000 depending on experience ⭐ Fully Remote Working ⭐ Ongoing Training & Professional Development ⭐ Career Progression Opportunities ⭐ Professional Membership Support ⭐ Supportive and Collaborative Team Environment ⭐ Varied and Interesting Project Portfolio Join a consultancy committed to delivering practical sustainability solutions and helping clients achieve their environmental objectives. ⚠️ Applicants must have the unrestricted right to work in the UK.
