Up to 300 per dayNewcastle upon Tyne, Tyne and WearTEMPORARYSite Manager - Cat A & Cat B Office Fit OutsLocation: North East / Newcastle areaRate:300 per day - UMB or PAYEDuration:Minimum 8 months with the potential for ongoing/permanent opoprtunites in the futureWe are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager on behalf of a well-established client specialising in Cat A and Cat B office fit out projects.This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and professional Site Manager looking for long-term work with the possibility of joining the client on additional projects beyond the initial contract.The RoleYou will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a commercial office fit out project, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard.Key ResponsibilitiesManaging subcontractors and coordinating all site activitiesEnsuring health & safety compliance across the projectMonitoring progress against programme deadlinesConducting site inductions and toolbox talksLiaising with the client, project team, and suppliersMaintaining quality standards and site documentationRequirementsPrevious experience managing Cat A and Cat B office fit outsA Joinery background is preferredValid SMSTSValid CSCS CardFirst Aid at WorkFire Marshal / Fire Warden certificateStrong communication and organisational skillsAbility to manage fast-paced commercial fit out projects independentlyMust be able to pass a background check / security clearance to work on a police station projectWhat's on Offer300 per dayUMB or PAYE payment options availableMinimum 8 months' work guaranteedOpportunity to secure further contracts with the client after completion of this projectWork with a reputable commercial fit out contractor delivering high-quality office refurbishment projectsIf you are an experienced Site Manager with a strong background in Cat A & Cat B office fit outs, ideally with a Joinery background, and can meet the security clearance requirements, apply now or contact Brandon on 07921463214 for more information.
