Multi Trader – London Location: London (Mobile Role) Rate: £180 - £220 per day (CIS/Ltd) Start Date: Immediate We are currently recruiting experienced Multi Traders to join a growing property maintenance contractor delivering repairs and maintenance works across residential properties throughout London. This is an excellent opportunity for reliable tradespeople looking for long-term, consistent work with a well-established contractor. The Role You'll be carrying out a variety of reactive and planned maintenance works within occupied and void residential properties. You should be confident working independently and delivering high-quality workmanship across multiple trades. Typical Duties * General carpentry repairs * Basic plumbing repairs * Patch plastering and making good * Tiling repairs * Painting and decorating * Kitchen and bathroom maintenance * Door, lock and window repairs * Flooring and other general maintenance tasks Requirements * Proven experience working as a Multi Trader or Multi-Skilled Operative * Stro skills with experience across additional trades * Experience within social housing, residential maintenance or property repairs * Full UK Driving Licence * Own van and tools * CSCS card (preferred) * Ability to work independently and provide excellent customer service What's on Offer * £180 - £220 per day, depending on experience * Ongoing, long-term contract * Immediate starts available * Consistent workload in London * Opportunity to work with a reputable and growing contractor If you're an experienced Multi Trader looking for your next contract, we'd like to hear from you.
