You will play a key role in identifying and winning exceptional investment opportunities across Europe and developing relationships with leading scientific founders.As part of the role, there will be additional opportunities to contribute to building out internal processes, managing deal flow, supporting portfolio companies, representing the firm at industry events, and helping drive the continued growth of the business.

Working directly alongside the founding partners, you will gain significant exposure to both venture investing and the broader strategic development of a rapidly scaling fund.SkillsThe successful Venture Capital Associate applicant should have 2-4 years of experience in Investment Banking, Management Consulting, Venture Capital, Big Tech, or as a founder/operator in a high-growth technology business.

A demonstrable passion for startups, emerging technologies, and early-stage investing is essential.Candidates should possess outstanding analytical and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with founders and stakeholders across the ecosystem.
