About the Role

Reed Healthcare at Home are looking for experienced Registered Nurses (RGN) to support and help develop our growing Complex Care service across London.

This is a flexible opportunity for nurses with strong Complex Care experience who can provide clinical oversight, support new care packages and ensure clients receive safe, high-quality, person-centred care in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities

Complete clinical assessments and develop person-centred care plans
Provide clinical oversight across Complex Care packages
Support the mobilisation of new care packages
Deliver clinical training and competency assessments to care staff
Complete risk assessments, client reviews and clinical audits
Work closely with families, commissioners and multidisciplinary healthcare teams
Support clinical governance, incident reviews and quality improvement
Help develop and grow our Complex Care service
