Your Role
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you'll be instrumental in creating a positive and effective learning environment:
Classroom Support: Collaborate with teachers to deliver engaging lessons and support pupil learning.
Pupil Champion: Provide individualised support, helping pupils with their academic, social, emotional, and personal care needs.
Engaging Learning: Contribute to making learning exciting and accessible for every pupil.
What We Offer
Competitive Pay: £88.92-£100 per day

What We're Looking For
A genuine passion for working with children with special needs and a desire to make a difference.
A collaborative team player, eager to share ideas and work effectively with others.
A proactive learner, keen to develop new skills and knowledge to best support pupils.
GCSEs in Maths and English (Level 2/Grade C or above).
A strong understanding of Safeguarding principles and Child Protection procedures.
