Industries include Medical, Food & Beverage, Defence, Oil & Gas, Data Centres, and general industrial sectors.The OpportunityThis role offers the chance to take full strategic leadership of a growing international manufacturer at a pivotal stage of transformation. Reporting to the board, you will shape the company's direction by driving growth across people, products, markets and operations. The position carries responsibility for hiring and developing high-performing teams, expanding manufacturing capability, launching new product lines, and entering new target markets and international regions.You will also strengthen the company's global presence by establishing and managing new agents and strategic partners.
