The Best Connection are currently recruiting reliable and professional Tipper Drivers for a well-established client in the Wakefield area.

The Role

As a Tipper Driver, you will:

Operate tipper vehicles safely and efficiently
Transport and unload loose bulk construction materials to customer and site locations
Ensure all loads are secured and delivered safely in line with site requirements
Complete daily vehicle checks and relevant paperwork
Ensure deliveries are completed safely and on time
Maintain high standards of professionalism when representing the client
Adhere to all transport, health & safety, and site regulations
Follow MPQC and site-specific safety procedures where requiredThis is a key role supporting the construction and aggregates sector, ensuring materials are delivered safely, efficiently, and on schedule.

Requirements

Valid Class 1 (CE) Licence
In-date CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
Maximum 6 penalty points (no major endorsements)
Previous tipper experience preferred
Valid MPQC Card or willingness to obtain one before starting
Ability to work independently and follow site procedures

Shifts

Monday to Friday
06:00 start times
Ongoing, regular work available
No weekend working required

Pay Rate

£16.12 per hour
Weekly PAYE pay
Holiday pay accrued separately
