Key Requirements

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).

• Proficient working knowledge of the KS1 National Curriculum and validated systematic synthetic phonics programmes (such as Little Wandle, Read Write Inc., or Bug Club).

• Skilful differentiation to support diverse learning abilities and build pupils' early confidence.
