Works Supervisor/ Site Supervisor

You'll be responsible for managing site teams and subcontractors, coordinating resources, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, and driving the successful delivery of reactive works. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll act as the key link between site operations and management. Requirements: Experience supervising civils, drainage, or utilities projectsExperience managing site teams and subcontractorsStrong understanding of Health & Safety and site complianceExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsStreet Works (Operative or Supervisor)Confined SpaceEUSR Modules 1-5Full UK Driving LicenceDesirable: SSSTSIOSHKnowledge of CDM RegulationsThe role also includes participation in an out-of-hours standby rota.
