Metal Fabricator

SourceCo Recruitment are currently recruiting an experienced Metal Fabricator for a well-known client based in Bromsgrove on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in fabrication and MIG welding, with the ability to work from technical drawings and produce high-quality components. You will be confident working with aluminium and mild steel, using a range of hand and power tools, and have a strong understanding of basic engineering processes. Working Hours: * Monday to Friday 7:30am – 4:00pm * OT Available Salary: * £31,200 per annum + OT Key Responsibilities: * Fabricate aluminium and mild steel components from technical drawings * Carry out MIG welding to a high standard * Cut, fold, and bend sheet metal in line with design specifications * Measure and shape materials using hand and power tools * Perform basic engineering tasks including drilling, tapping, threading, and countersinking * Work collaboratively within a team to meet production deadlines Key Requirements: * Proven experience as a Fabricator * Strong MIG welding experience working with Aluminium and Steel * Ability to read and work from technical drawings * Skilled in the use of hand tools and power tools * Good numerical skills for accurate measuring and calculations * Strong communication skills and team-focused attitude Click apply now or call Branagh on (phone number removed) for more information
