Mobile Maintenance Electrician

Job description Responsibilities: * Perform planned preventative maintenance, compliance tasks and reactive works * Knowledge of one of the following: heating systems, control panels, CCTV, fire alarm systems, UPS * Service, test, diagnose and repair systems related to the building systems * Carry out electrical and mechanical and system checks * Use provided test and monitoring equipment to maintain engineering systems to aid fault and repair Requirements: * NVQ Level 3 Electrical or equivalent with 18th edition wiring regulations * Experience of mechanical/plant room/Commercial environments * Excellent team working, customer care and problem solving capabilities * Clean Uk Driving License Benefits * £45,000 per annum DOE * Door2Door travel pay * Overtime * 33 Days Holiday * Ipad * Iphone * Vehicle (personal use) * Private Healthcare * Contributory Pension
