Contract Support

We're recruiting two Contract Support professionals to join a well-established on-site team in St Albans, working at our client's premises in support of the wellbeing arm of a large contract. You'll be part of a team of eight, and the point of contact for the people you support, five days a week.
What You'll Be Doing
Acting as first-line contact for support queries from client staff
Logging, triaging and resolving tickets through to completion
Supporting hardware, software and peripheral issues on site
Setting up and configuring equipment for new starters and moves
Keeping users informed and closing the loop on every request
Maintaining accurate asset and activity records
Working to agreed SLAs and flagging risks to the contract management teamWhat We're Looking For
Experience in a customer-facing support or service desk role
A calm, professional manner with people at all levels
Solid troubleshooting instincts and a methodical approach
Comfortable working on a client site, representing us well in someone else's building
Strong written and verbal communication and reliable timekeeping
Right to work in the UK
What's on Offer:
£29,000 per annum
Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00 — no weekend work
