Whats on offer Basic salary up to £63,000 Annual bonus 25 days holiday bank holidays Company van (personal use optional) Phone, laptop & specialist tools provided Company pension scheme Ongoing training & genuine career progression into a Supervisory role The role Youll be responsible for the installation and delivery of a range of air conditioning and cooling systems, including: Split, multi-split and VRV/VRF systems Air handling units and ventilation systems CRAC units and critical cooling equipment Youll play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered to a high standard, on time and in line with specifications managing installs, coordinating works and effectively running your own jobs.

What theyre looking for Proven experience installing commercial air conditioning systems Ability to run jobs and manage site activity effectively Strong understanding of installation standards and best practice Good communication and organisational skills City & Guilds / NVQ in Refrigeration & AC (preferred) F-Gas qualification (essential) About the company Youll be joining a well-established and highly regarded contractor, delivering installation projects across both comfort cooling and mission-critical environments.
