Experience required…

Essential:

Flood Protection Scheme experience.

Experience of contractual or commercial management.

Site supervision and experience

NEC 3 / 4 experience

Understanding of health and safety, environmental, and traffic management requirements for maintenance schemes.

Good communication skills.

A full UK driving licence.

Desirable:

Experience in leading multi-disciplinary teams

Knowledge and application of the TSRGD, DMRB and MCHW for maintenance schemes.

Assessment and verification of measured quantities in line with MCHW and contractual requirements.
