We’re particularly interested in chefs who take pride in their work, have a good understanding of European cooking techniques and can confidently support the smooth day-to-day running of a professional kitchen.

* Previous experience working as a Chef de Partie.

* Good knowledge and experience of European cuisine.

* Strong food preparation, cooking and presentation skills.

* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen.
