A leading global energy company is seeking a Corporate and Commercial Contracts Counsel to provide legal support in managing commercial contracts and corporate governance. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor of Law degree and a minimum of 7 years experience in a multinational context. Responsibilities include advising on corporate matters, drafting and negotiating contracts, and supporting internal clients. Familiarity with the energy sector is preferred. This permanent role is based in Saudi Arabia.
