Head Chef

Are you a confident , organised, experienced in high Volume Head Chef? Our client is looking for a strong leader for their new client. in the interim this may just be a 6-8 week cover contract but could lead to a permanent posting. Daily service consists of prepping , cooking and serving to 300 in Main restaurant with Fresh Salad Bar with service starting at 11.00am - Also there are 150/200 pre-packed meals to go off site to 17 locations prepared by you and your small team. Working hours are 7am-3pm approx. Mon-Fri with an hourly rate of £22.00 We are looking for immediate starters able to start as early as 14th September 2026 If this is you, please apply in the first instance.
