Site Administrator

Our client is a leading MEP subcontractor with a turnover of over £40 million, delivering high-quality MEP services across prestigious projects within the high-end residential and mixed-use sectors. Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit an experienced Site Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with previous MEP or construction administration experience who is looking to secure a long-term position with an established and successful business. The Role Working closely with the site team, you will provide general administrative and document management support, helping to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the project. Key Responsibilities * Providing general administration support to the site team * Liaising with site managers, engineers and other members of the project team * Uploading and downloading project documents using the company's systems * Maintaining accurate project records and documentation * Managing electronic filing systems * Assisting with document control and distribution * Supporting the site team with day-to-day administrative requirements * Ensuring project documentation is kept organised and up to date * Carrying out general project administration as required Requirements * Previous administration experience within the MEP or construction industry is essential * Previous experience working in a site-based environment is highly desirable * Previous Document Controller experience would be advantageous, but is not essential * Good IT and Microsoft Office skills * Strong organisational and communication skills * Excellent attention to detail * Ability to work effectively within a busy site environment * Professional, reliable and proactive approach What's on Offer * Permanent position * Full-time, site-based role in NW London - Brent Cross area * Salary up to £40,000, depending on experience * Pension * Holiday entitlement * Standard company benefits package * Opportunity to work for a well-established MEP subcontractor * ASAP start available
