• Oversee the planning and execution of marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility.
• Lead market research initiatives to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with sales and operations.
• Manage and optimize the marketing budget to maximize return on investment.
• Drive digital marketing initiatives, including social media, SEO, and online advertising.
• Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to ensure effectiveness.
• Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals to achieve departmental goals.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Head of Marketing should have:
