Part Time Retail Dept Lead — Coach and Deliver Service
About the role
Halfords Group PLC in Falkirk is recruiting for a part-time role (30 hours/week) on site at Central Retail Park. You will oversee daily department operations, supervise staff, and coach colleagues to deliver exceptional customer service and strong sales performance.
You’ll support store management in delivering excellent service and will handle key holder responsibilities. Training is provided to build product knowledge in motoring and cycling products.
