Office Manager
Altrincham
£35,000 - £40,000 per annum
Monday – Friday 9am – 6pm
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Office Manager to join a growing and fast-paced business operating within the renewable energy sector.
This is a key position within the company and would suit someone highly organised, proactive and capable of managing multiple tasks within a busy office environment.
The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day running of the office, ensuring surveys, appointments and operational administration are coordinated efficiently and followed through.
The Role
* Managing day-to-day office operations
* General administration and office coordination
* Chasing surveys, appointments and outstanding information
* Supporting operational scheduling and diary management
* Liaising with clients, surveyors and internal teams
* Maintaining CRM systems and accurate records
* Ensuring all administrative tasks are completed efficiently
* Supporting senior management with operational duties
* Managing workloads and prioritising urgent tasks
What We’re Looking For
* Previous Office Manager, Operations Coordinator or Senior Administration experience
* Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to multitask within a fast-paced environment
* Proactive and “can do” approach
* Confident using Microsoft Office and CRM systems
* Strong time management and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
