About The Client: We are proud to be working with a two-form entry school with a focus on achieving strong academic outcomes in the London Borough of Tower Hamlets. The school is looking for a Reception SEND TA to support pupils with high SEN. If you would like to work in an ambitious environment as a Reception SEND TA, then this is the school for you! As a Reception SEND TA, you would be responsible for supporting pupils within groups and on a 1:1 basis. Their needs are predominantly ASD and Speech and Language delay. The start date for this Reception SEND TA role is ASAP. Key Responsibilities for the Reception SEND TA: * Work as a Reception SEND TA * Supporting pupils with high needs as a Reception SEND TA * Assist in planning and implementing age-appropriate activities. * Work collaboratively as part of a team * Observe and assess children's progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents. * Provide feedback to pupils in relation to their progress and achievement.
