Collaborate with internal teams to address customer queries effectively. Monitor and track customer feedback to improve service levels. Support the team in achieving customer satisfaction goals. Adhere to company protocols and maintain confidentiality at all times.Profile A successful Dutch/French Speaking Customer Service professional should have: Fluency in both Dutch and French, alongside English language proficiency. Previous experience in customer service or a related role. Strong problem-solving and organisational skills. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality service. Proficiency in using customer service software and tools. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. A professional attitude with excellent communication skills.Job Offer A competitive salary ranging from £25,200 to £30,000 depending on experience.
