Customer Service & Sales Associate (Italian Market)   📍 Hybrid Working Salary: £28,000 -£40,000   Our client is looking for a passionate and commercially minded Customer Service & Sales Associate to join their growing team.   This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives on building customer relationships, delivering exceptional service, and driving sales performance. Working within the Italian market, you'll be responsible for supporting customers throughout their entire journey, from initial enquiry and onboarding through to retention and upselling opportunities.   The Opportunity As a Customer Service & Sales Associate, you'll play a key role in delivering a first-class customer experience while achieving regional sales targets. You'll work closely with internal teams including Marketing, Business Intelligence, IT, and Operations to ensure customers receive a seamless and personalised experience at every touchpoint. This role would suit someone with a strong background in customer service and sales who enjoys building long-term relationships and identifying opportunities to add value for customers.   Key Responsibilities Manage and convert inbound customer enquiries. Follow up on customer orders and ensure excellent post-sale service. Handle customer requests relating to products and services. Deliver online product demonstrations via Microsoft Teams. Support customer retention and identify upselling opportunities. Build strong relationships with customers across your region. Deliver customer events and engagement activities. Work closely with colleagues to ensure a consistent service and sales approach. Collaborate with Marketing to support customer communications and campaigns. Utilise CRM systems effectively to manage customer interactions and opportunities. Produce regular customer and sales performance summaries. Contribute ideas that enhance the customer experience and improve service delivery. What We're Looking For Essential Experience Proven experience in a customer service and sales-focused role. Background working within a service and sales environment. Fluent Italian language skills. Strong track record of achieving sales and customer engagement targets. Experience delivering excellent customer service and account management. Ability to identify and develop sales opportunities. Experience using CRM and customer engagement platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot or Zendesk. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities. Self-motivated, proactive and customer-focused approach. Desirable Experience Experience within business intelligence, SaaS, technology or data-driven businesses. Exposure to subscription-based or information services industries. Cross-cultural or multilingual communication experience. Experience supporting customer success or account growth initiatives.
