Grounds Maintenance Operative (with Career Progression) Depot Location: Bristol BS35 Hours: Monday to Friday (Standard day shifts + excellent overtime) Initial Pay Rate: £14.78 per hour Contract: 3-Month Probation with a clear path to a Permanent Position Are you an experienced Grounds Maintenance professional looking for a stable role with a company that genuinely rewards hard work? One of the area's leading horticulture and grounds specialists is looking for dedicated operatives to join their expanding team. Operating out of a depot near Redwick, you will work on a diverse and prestigious portfolio of commercial sites, including schools, business parks, industrial estates, and housing developments. Key Responsibilities Carrying out all aspects of general commercial grounds maintenance. Operating equipment safely, including pedestrian mowers, ride-on mowers, strimmers, and hedge cutters. Ensuring all sites are completed to the high standards expected by commercial clients. Working efficiently as part of a team to meet daily site schedules. What We Are Looking For Experience: Solid experience and a strong working knowledge of the commercial grounds maintenance industry. Tickets: PA1/PA6 spraying certificates are strongly desired (but not essential). Attitude: Reliable, hard-working, and passionate about maintaining outdoor spaces. Why Apply?
