About the role
We are seeking a talented Hospitality Head Chef to lead an exciting corporate hospitality operation in City of London. You will manage and mentor a team of 9 chefs, delivering exceptional, restaurant-quality food across private hospitality rooms, a busy conference and events space, and a rooftop terrace.
The DetailsSchedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (40 hours per week)
Perks: Weekends off with additional overtime available

Team: Leading a team of 9 chefs
Food Style: Breakfast, à la carte dining, seasonal buffets, rooftop hospitality, and events up to 250 covers
Lead kitchen operations across all high-end hospitality, fine dining, and event spaces.
Design and execute creative, seasonal menus, from intimate à la carte dining to large-scale events.
Manage, train, and develop a team of 9 chefs, promoting a collaborative kitchen environment.
Maintain kitchen financials, stock control, food safety, and allergen compliance.
