SITE MANAGER — CONSTRUCTION | CONTRACT | COVENTRY Outside IR35 | From £250/day | 5 Days We are recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Site Manager for a short-term contract in Coventry, commencing Tuesday 26 May and running through to Saturday 30 May 2026 (5 days in total). The Role You will oversee a landscaping contractor working on a live, occupied education building. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of site operations, ensuring all works are delivered safely, on programme and in full compliance with current health & safety legislation. Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate the landscaping contractor throughout the programme of works Maintain a safe working environment on a live, occupied education site Conduct daily briefings, toolbox talks and inductions as required Ensure all method statements, risk assessments and permits are in place and adhered to Liaise with the client and building occupants to minimise disruption Essential Requirements SMSTS (valid) First Aid at Work (valid) CSCS card Proven experience managing on live/occupied sites Landscaping or groundworks experience advantageous The Details Start: Tuesday 26 May 2026 Duration: 5 days (Tuesday to Saturday) Location: Coventry Rate: From £250 per day Engagement: Outside IR35 To Apply Please contact David on (phone number removed) or email (url removed)
