We are working with a highly respected and growing professional services firm to hire a Compliance Manager. In this role, you will take on a pivotal leadership position within the business support function, acting as the firm’s central point of expertise for client onboarding, ongoing due diligence, and offboarding. The firm is looking for a proactive, detail-oriented professional with at least 2 years experience in AML in a regulated environment. Reviewing existing compliance procedures, recommending strategic improvements, and taking full operational ownership of the firm’s onboarding platform. Acting as a trusted internal advisor to Partners and business teams on complex onboarding and anti-money laundering matters. Leading, coaching, and developing the team to ensure a consistent, high-quality onboarding experience. Partnering with business lines to evaluate and resolve complex or high-risk client files and escalating issues where necessary. Creating, documenting, and maintaining clear lifestyle policies, procedures, and training manuals in close collaboration with the MLRO and risk management team. Compiling critical internal compliance and data reports for the MLRO to ensure audit readiness. Identifying operational bottlenecks or regulatory risks within the onboarding pipeline and proactively driving solutions.
